Service update notice (January 2022)
We're continuing to help people over the phone, by email and web chat, where that works for them, while reserving our face to face support for when it's most needed.
However, we are not running a drop-in service, so we’re asking people to call us, or email us first.
This way we can assess the best way of helping you, including booking an appointment where needed. It will also give people the opportunity to get the advice they need, or be signposted to the most appropriate service without having to travel.
