80 years thank you to our amazing volunteers

Today we are getting ready for Volunteers' Week, an annual celebration of the fantastic contribution millions of volunteers make across the UK – and it’s taking place from the 1-7 June 2019.

Last year more than 120 people gave their time, skills and experience volunteering with Wiltshire Citizens Advice, to help more than 17,000 people deal with over 42,000 problems.

So, we'd like to kick off Volunteers' Week by saying a BIG THANK YOU to all our amazing volunteers.

This year’s Volunteers’ Week is particularly special as 2019 also marks 80 years of Citizens Advice nationally. Ever since we started giving advice on 4 September 1939, the day after the outbreak of World War 2, our volunteers - from advisers to trustees, have been at the very heart of everything we do.

We simply couldn’t operate or provide the range and quality of services that we do without our volunteers.

To our volunteers: Thank you for everything you do!
